Who is this God you speak of?

I know the shows the boy watches, the music he listens to, the kids he hangs out with, and every ounce of him that I could know. What I do not know however is, how did my child get so religious? How does he know the word of God? Like a child would do, while curious, I asked.
Elijah has informed me that he learns about God from God. He says that God whispers in his ear and tells him things. Like how to treat people, right and wrong, respect, how babies are brought to existence, what his [Elijah] name means, and various other things. He also comes to him in his dreams and teaches him things.
The child has never stepped a foot in a church, never been to Mass, has been to the Kingdom Hall maybe twice, but he was like two years old, and was acting a fool both times. Elijahs thought process in this religious stuff is the same way that I was raised, as if he himself was a Catholic and went to Mass and CCD weekly.
Although I am not into organized religion, I will let this little guy do his thing and allow him to believe as he pleases!
