Who Defines Sexy and Love? Ummm. You Do!

I watched my husband watch TV, creepy? Probably! I am sure his jaw hurts from when he dropped it when he was watching Spartacus Gods of the Arena, with the naked women walking around nonchalant. I didn't mind because it got me to thinking how people think of sexy or shall I say what, people find sexy. It is all a matter of opinion, honestly.
I have a weird sense of what I find to be sexy. Many women would say that sexy is a tall, dark, handsome, man with a great smile, buff and thin. But that honestly doesn't get me very far. To me the sexiest thing in the world is a man who can stimulate my mind. Not an egotistical person who thinks they know everything, they are useless and annoying. I love a person, man or woman who is not just whining and complaining about how the world or someone has done them wrong, or how they SHOULD be entitled to things.
Sexy to me is an oddball, someone who is not a conformist, who is creative, who is willing to think outside of the box, and will stand up for the things that they believe in.
They don't have to be a beauty queen or a beefcake, that is not what attracts me. Hell the imperfections in a person are the most beautiful things. They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and I have come to learn that. Perhaps people might not think this chic right here is sexy or beautiful, that is all a matter of opinion. I had to go down a long hard road to figure that out. It took many people to destroy any bit of sexiness or beauty I thought I had, and it ONE person to give that back to me. I promised myself that I will no longer allow someone to take that from me.

On to the next topic. Love! I recently sent this picture messege to a whole bunch of people. And not a single person responded with an I love you, or hell responded at all.

Perhaps I should be annoyed or offended by the lack of love given back, but I am not. I can not make a person love me. I can however tell someone that I love them, and accept that I am not being loved and then move on. They at that point know that I love them, and that I am not going to wait for them to love me back.
This was sent as an "I am thinking about you, and want you to know that I have love for you" not that I am in love with you. I am not in love with a single person on this earth. I love my family, friends, myself and humanity, but I am not in love with any of these people! So if I say I love it, it means that I care for you.

  2. I love you! But you didn't send it to me! Of course I do not text! So if you did...I would not see it! :)
