Don't try to talk to me when I am on the New York Best Sellers List!

I took an add out on Craigslist seeing if any one (college students mainly) needed any writing work written, have been doing this for over a year or so. Normally I do about three papers a week, but as of lately things have been super slow. One lady asked me this morning to write a eight page English paper, which is very much up my alley. It should keep me entertained for a day or two, depending on how much I can get done with the boys around.

Since I have no job, and I pursuing the writing thing a lot harder than I have in the past, I am spending time online more than usual. Yes, I get distracted by my email and Facebook, but I complete the job. I am sure it would flow better if I were to focus a little harder, but all is well.

I was published in high school, I can not ride that horse any longer. I edited a book a few years ago, she is still on a nationwide book tour, she suddenly forgot the small people who helped her. That wont be me, I will remember all of the small people, all of the teachers who encouraged me, my family and friends who have been telling me for many, many years to sit down and write.

There is no proper way to segue this, so I wont even try. There is this funny little status going around on Facebook about how all of the characters of Winnie-the-Pooh have these weird disorders, ADHD, OCD, stuff like that. I am amused by it everytime I read it, not because it is funny or because it is true. I enjoy that status because in 2005, I wrote a ten page research paper on that very subject. It was by far one of the best, most entertaining, most enlightening things I have ever researched or written.

I find writing easy, I know I could be a lot better, we can all be better at the jobs that we do. I am going to focus more on this pleasure and less on the other pleasures that I have been focusing on lately that are not getting me anyway.

Watch out world, you will see me in the future. If you don't believe in me right now, dont try to talk to me when I am on the New York Best Sellers List!
