I have hit the snooze button so many times in the last three days, that I promise you, it is embedded in my hand. I have the alarm on my phone and an alarm clock going off, perhaps I should take them out of arms length, and put them where I would have to get up to turn them off. It sounds like a novel concept, correct? Theoretically it is possible, but for me its not. I would end up doing one of two things. ONE: I would get up, walk over to the alarm clock, hit snooze and get back in the bed. TWO: Sleep right threw the alarm clocks annoying sounds because I know the sound will eventually go away!
Not sure which is the most annoying, not being able to sleep or being sleepy all day long.
